• 工作内容

  - Define the company’s vision, policies, strategies, and business objectives in alignment with the organization’s overall direction.
  - Oversee and manage the company’s overall operations, covering Production, Quality, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, HR, and Administration.
  - Plan and control factory operations to ensure efficiency, on-time production, cost targets, and required quality standards.
  - Oversee quality management systems and standards related to the production of medical consumables, while promoting continuous quality improvement.
  - Plan and manage the company’s budget, production costs, cash flow, and overall business performance to achieve established targets.
  - Analyze business performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency, and establish appropriate corrective and improvement actions.
  - Manage costs and optimize resource utilization to reduce expenses and improve the company’s competitiveness.
  - Oversee procurement, raw materials, inventory, and supply chain management to ensure sufficient and appropriate supplies in line with production plans.
  - Develop management systems, people, and organizational structures to support the company’s growth.
  - Build and develop the management team, including setting objectives and monitoring the performance of management across each function.
  - Ensure the company complies with laws, regulations, labor requirements, safety standards, and applicable requirements related to medical devices and medical supplies.
  - Manage relationships with customers, business partners, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
  - Monitor market trends, competitors, technologies, and industry developments to identify opportunities and establish business development strategies.
  - Promote an organizational culture focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
  - Report business performance, key issues, risks, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
