  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Lead and oversee the accounting and financial operations for the company and its subsidiary.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast vs. Budget).
  • Analyze financial performance, including Profit & Loss, and provide management insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Finance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and management presentations to Japan Headquarters.
