    - Lead the overall technical strategy for dietary supplement product development and manufacturing.
    - Oversee R&D, Formulation Development, Technical Services, Manufacturing, and Process Improvement.
    - Drive new product innovation and develop competitive formulations based on market trends and customer requirements.
    - Lead technology transfer and scale-up activities from laboratory to commercial production.
    - Ensure manufacturing processes comply with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and relevant regulatory requirements.
    - Collaborate with QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
    - Improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, product quality, and cost effectiveness.
    - Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
    - Build and develop high-performing technical and R&D teams.
    - Provide technical support for strategic customers and key business initiatives.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or related fields.
    - Minimum 10–15 years of experience in dietary supplement, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or functional food manufacturing.
    - Strong experience in R&D, formulation development, and product commercialization.
    - Hands-on experience in technology transfer and production scale-up.
    - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.
    - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Technical, and Manufacturing.
    - Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
