工作内容
1. Control, supervise, and improve production processes to meet the company's plans and targets.
2. Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Analyze root causes of defects in parts (Root Cause Analysis) or customer complaints.
4. Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
5. Digital Transformation: migrate data storage from manual/paper records to digital systems (e.g., Excel / cloud database) to improve accuracy and accessibility.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years working in an industrial manufacturing plant.
3. Drawing skills: Able to read drawings and use drawing software for drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or software of choice).
4. Technical skills: Able to read technical drawings and understand production control documents (WI / SOP / Parameter Sheet).
5. Work approach and language: Willing to perform on-site duties and participate in production process training; Business-level English.英文
