• 工作内容

  1. Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:
  Plan and set procurement strategies for primary raw materials (e.g., flour, butter, sugar, eggs, various fillings)
  and packaging to meet the production capacity for 2,000 employees.
  Negotiate commercial terms, prices, credit terms, and delivery lead times to secure commercial advantage and
  control food cost within defined targets.
  
  2. Supplier Relationship & Risk Management:
  Source and evaluate new suppliers domestically and internationally to mitigate supply shortages (dual/multiple sourcing).
  Implement supplier audit processes with QA/QC to ensure purchased raw materials continuously meet GMP, HACCP, and FDA standards.
  
  3. Cost & Inventory Control:
  Analyze market raw material price trends (e.g., oil prices, agricultural commodity prices) to plan forward buying at optimal times.
  Work closely with Production Planning and Warehouse to balance inventory to avoid overstock or stockouts.
  
  4. Team Leadership & Process Improvement:
  Oversee and develop the purchasing team (Purchasing Officers) for efficient and transparent operations.
  Improve procurement processes (e.g., implement ERP/SAP) to eliminate redundant steps and increase speed.
