  Fixed Asset & CAPEX Management
  - Manage monthly fixed asset activities, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and write-offs.
  - Lead fixed asset tagging processes and maintain accurate asset records.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective CAPEX monitoring and control.
  - Support asset verification and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  Budgeting & Financial Planning
  - Lead and coordinate the annual CAPEX budgeting process across departments.
  - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  - Monitor CAPEX spending against approved budgets and provide variance analysis.
  Cost Analysis & Investment Evaluation
  - Prepare cost analysis reports to support management decision-making.
  - Conduct investment analysis, feasibility studies, and financial evaluations for new initiatives and projects.
  - Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  Reporting & Business Support
  - Prepare accurate financial reports and management summaries.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  - Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
