工作内容
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage, maintain, and procure company assets, supplies, and facilities (e.g., computers, office equipment), including inventory control
2. Prepare documents for new employees and support visa and work permit processes for both new and existing employees
3. Oversee employee attendance management and ensure accurate timekeeping records
4. Update Thai labor law information and prepare related manuals in Thai and Japanese
5. Maintain office operations, company documents, and a positive work environment
6. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- JLPT N3 or above (good command of speaking and writing in Japanese)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative roles
【Advantage】
- Experience with Thai labor law and HR administrative processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to minimize errors in administrative work英文
