Product Strategy & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to analyze fan products, specifications, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments to recommend product strategies and business opportunities.
- Review product performance and sales data across regional markets to identify growth opportunities, best practices, and performance gaps.
- Support continuous product improvement and market competitiveness through data-driven insights.
Technical Sales & Marketing Support
- Provide technical sales support to regional sales offices, distributors, and customers regarding product applications, specifications, and solutions.
- Develop and maintain commercial and technical materials, including product catalogs, brochures, application guides, and sales tools.
- Assist sales teams with pricing analysis, product positioning, and technical recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with sales offices, consultants, contractors, and customers to understand project requirements and market expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and application support to ensure product suitability and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support future product development initiatives.
Product Development & Cost Optimization
- Work with engineering teams on product teardown activities, competitive benchmarking, and value engineering projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, product enhancement, and performance improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.
Industry & Market Participation
- Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, conferences, workshops, and trade events.
- Stay updated on market developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices within the HVAC and fan industry.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
- Experience in HVAC Engineering, Airside Engineering, Fan Engineering, Ventilation Systems, or related technical fields.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Passion for technical sales support, product management, and customer-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.英文
