  [Key Responsibilities]
  1. Japanese Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively in Japanese with clients and stakeholders in Japan (business-level proficiency required).
  • Present project progress, clarify technical matters, and ensure all stakeholders share the same understanding.
  • Bridge communication between Japanese business/technical teams and foreign development teams.
  2. System Analysis & Software Architecture (Cloud / On-Premise)
  • Analyze business goals and design appropriate system architectures for both cloud-based and on-premise environments.
  • Create architectural diagrams, data flows, integration designs, and high-level technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on API design, database structures, etc.
  3. Requirement Translation & Technical Documentation
  • Translate client-side business requirements into clear, actionable system requirements and specifications.
  • Validate requirements with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across all teams.
  4. Project Execution & Cross-Border Collaboration
  • Coordinate multinational engineering teams and external development partners
  • Facilitate progress meetings, remove technical roadblocks, and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle
  • Focus on quality and timeline management
  5. Platform Enhancement & Factory IoT Modernization
  • Contribute to the modernization of the Factory IoT platform.
  • Standardize processes to improve scalability, maintainability, and readiness for external clients.
  6. Manufacturing Domain Understanding
  • Apply fundamental knowledge of factory operations and production processes to system design.
  • Convert shop-floor challenges into practical digital solutions, such as Lean Automation and Factory-IoT integration.
  • Validate proposed features to ensure they fit real manufacturing workflows.
