1. Legal Process Management:- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance forms.- Maintain an organized system for tracking legal deadlines, renewals, and document updates.- Coordinate with the legal department to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.2. External Client Communication:- Act as the primary contact for external clients, answering inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.- Coordinate meetings with clients, prepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes.- Manage client-related documents, including contracts, project plans, and communication records.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments for ongoing improvement.4. Interdepartmental Coordination:- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure smooth project execution and progress.- Schedule and organize cross-departmental meetings, ensuring clear agendas and follow-up actions.- Assist in resolving interdepartmental conflicts or issues by acting as a neutral mediator.- Support the implementation of company-level plans and create consistency across departments.- Maintain up-to-date interdepartmental project records, deadlines, and responsibilities.5. Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
