工作内容
- Manage internal HR system, employee database, organizational structures, and approval workflows.
- Lead annual performance appraisals and competency assessments for management approval.
- Manage annual organizational restructuring, promotions, and staff rotations.
- Lead HR projects from planning to implementation, monitoring system adoption and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage internal and external employer branding via the company website and digital channels.
- Track project milestones and provide comprehensive HR data reports to management.
- Support and execute annual company-wide activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and resolve operational issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
资格
任职资格
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Planning, HROD, HRIS, or HRBP roles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge on Labor Law.
- English proficiency demonstrated by a TOEIC score of 550.
Advantages:
- Basic skills in media software for PR and communication purposes.
- Having a driving license is an advantage.英文
