工作内容
• Support the Quality Manager in supervising daily quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• Supervise and guide QA technicians to meet quality standards and production targets, ensuring proper execution of QA processes.
• Assist in new product development (NPD) activities, including supporting APQP, FMEA, and PPAP documentation and implementation.
• Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints and internal non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor implementation of quality control plans, process controls, and ISO 9001:2015 systems, while supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits, track quality KPIs, prepare reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close audit findings.
• Provide basic statistical analysis and support capability studies to improve product and process quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on quality issues and support resolution activities.
• Support quality-related training activities and promote continuous improvement initiatives at site level.
资格
任职资格
• BS in Engineering or Technical field, advanced degree preferred, and
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing /assembly environment
• Previous experience in Manufacturing, preferably in steel stamping and assembly.
• Experience managing professional staff
• Experience managing an ISO 9001 QSM.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, including the demonstrated ability to lead multi-departmental project teams and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment, helping to drive Lean improvements.
• Knowledge of MRP and material flow processes.英文
