設備費が高く自社で処理を行えない中小メーカーにとって不可欠な存在であり、ニッチトップ領域でサプライチェーンの最終工程を担っています。
【業務内容】
・高い品質基準が求められる滅菌事業を行う工場の運営/サポート
・機械管理：20台の稼働状況や不具合がないかなどの確認
・オペレーション管理：スケジュール通りオペレーションが進んでいるかの確認や不具合があった際の調整作業
・オペレーターの管理
・顧客対応：細かい品質基準のチェックやクレーム対応、改善対応などのレポート作成
・財務会計関係の承認作業
・その他工場運営に携わる業務

・タイ語日常会話レベル以上（現場スタッフとコミュニケーションが取れるレベル）
・製造業での工場管理経験（バルブやボイラーへの知見がある方）英文
