  - Act as Management Representative to oversee and manage quality, management systems, and risk management activities, including preparation for internal and external audits.
  - Develop, implement, and monitor management system plans in accordance with policies defined by top management.
  - Represent management in coordinating with internal departments and external parties regarding the company’s management systems.
  - Coordinate and prepare for external and customer audits for certification and maintenance of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, BRC, as well as systems related to social responsibility and labor standards.
  - Plan and conduct Internal Audits as appropriate to evaluate the effectiveness and conformity of implemented management systems with applicable standards and requirements.
  - Communicate the company’s quality and environmental policies and objectives to relevant departments in order to enhance awareness and understanding.
  - Analyze management system performance and operational results, and propose corrective actions and continual improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
