工作内容
- Record and maintain all accounting and financial transactions (AR, AP, PV, RV, JV)
- Prepare, organize, and file accounting documents, and submit them to external accounting firm for review
- Handle petty cash and support basic cash flow tracking
- Assist with cheque payment processing
- Coordinate with Revenue Department, Business Development Department, banks, and auditors as assigned
- Support administrative and basic HR-related tasks when required
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Over 2 years experience in Accounting
- Business English skill (Internal communication, communicate with Singaporeaan accuntinga for a few times/year)
【Advantage】
- Have CPD license
- Experience in Trading company英文
