• 工作内容

  1. Warehouse Operations Management (Inbound – Outbound – Inventory)
  - Oversee full warehouse operations including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and product returns.
  - Ensure accurate receiving of locally-produced and imported goods, including quality checks and documentation.
  - Manage outbound operations for both E-commerce (B2C) and B2B channels (Wholesale, Consignment, Modern Trade).
  - Supervise and develop warehouse staff:
  - Inbound Officer: receiving & put-away
  - Outbound Officer: picking, packing, online/offline order fulfillment
  - Inventory & Returns Officer: stock accuracy, cycle counts, customer/store returns
  - Maintain warehouse organization, storage layout, safety standards, and 5S practices.
  
  2. End-to-End E-commerce Fulfillment (Except Last Mile Delivery)
  - Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations: order picking, packing, dispatch scheduling, and SLA management.
  - Coordinate cut-off times and daily order planning with Customer Service and Online Sales teams.
  - Manage workload planning for peak periods, campaigns, and promotional events.
  
  3. B2B Operations Support (Wholesale, Consignment, Modern Trade)
  - Coordinate order preparation, packing requirements, and dispatch for B2B customers.
  - Prepare and verify all outbound supporting documents (delivery orders, consignment stock forms, transfer documents).
  - Collaborate with the Accounting team for tax invoice issuance and ensure that all required documents are aligned.
  
  4. Import / Export Management & Freight Coordination
  - Manage end-to-end import and export processes including shipment booking, freight coordination, customs clearance, and warehouse receiving.
  - Work directly with shipping agents, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
  - Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and special trade documents (e.g., Form D/E).
  - Track shipment status, control logistics costs, and monitor lead times.
  
  5. Export Compliance (Pet Food & Beauty Products)
  - Ensure export requirements for pet food and beauty products are met (e.g., labeling, documentation, shelf-life standards).
  - Coordinate with relevant agencies (FDA, DLD, Customs) and ensure compliance with destination country regulations.
  
  6. Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
  - Maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stock variances.
  - Oversee cycle counts, periodic stock takes, and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
  - Manage returns from customers and consignment stores, ensuring proper handling and recording.
  
  7. Process Improvement & KPI Management
  - Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
  - Create and monitor operational KPIs such as order accuracy, outbound SLA, picking accuracy, stock variance, and damage rate.
  - Leverage WMS/ERP systems to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
