  • 工作内容

    -Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet output targets
    -Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency
    -Implement and maintain quality control systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
    -Coordinate with Quality Assurance team on quality improvements
    -Manage workforce planning including manpower requirements and shift scheduling
    -Track and analyze production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, etc.)
    -Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
    -Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods inventory

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
    - 8+ years' experience in automotive manufacturing or production environments
    - 3-5 years' experience in production management or supervisory roles
    - Experience with automotive Tier 1 or OEM manufacturing
    - Experience with automotive manufacturing processes (laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly, painting (powder coating or EDP), machining)
