• 工作内容

  - To install, set-up, repair, troubleshoot and modify assigned machines and necessary tools.
  - To implement new development / improvement of machining, tooling, cycle time and other related production need.
  - To transfer the knowledge of handling, operating and maintenance, also train to new employees.
  - To supervise and guide the assigned group of technicians and operators on technical issues.
  - To collaborate with the Management and Department Head for planning of output, reduction of rejects and improvement of processes.
  - To supervise maintenance work and availability of spare parts and raw material for assigned machines.
  - To ensure that all operations are carried out within the period and cost limits according to the required quality standards.
  - To participate in Quality Improvement Circle (AIC & COPAC).
  - To ensure the starting date of the order form is in line with the production planning Gantt chart and not to create any backlog
