  - Manage overall HR Functions, Recruitment & Training, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and General Affairs
  - Set up HR policy including to develop HR system & practice to support of business growth
  - Supervise and lead all HR people to perform according to company's rule & regulations and achieve with specific target (KPIs)
  - Monitor and follow up all HR tasks to be achieved and able to support all operational functions.
