  - Plan and execute experiments to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of new products or processes, analyzing data to drive design adjustments.
  - Maintain detailed R&D documentation, including design specifications, test results, and project timelines.
  - Assess the cost-effectiveness of new technologies and processes, providing recommendations for cost reduction and optimization.
