  • 工作内容

    [Common]
    - Liaise / communicate with accounting teams in 13 countries.
    - Support process improvement of subsidiaries revealed from internal audit, accounting error, etc.
    - Financial/Accounting data analysis
    - Improvement of subsidiaries’ monthly closing process
    - Add-hoc projects

    [Consolidation Support]
    - Handle GAAP conversion (from local GAAP to IFRS).
    - Support review/preparation of consolidation PKGs for subsidiaries.
    - Handle questions/issues raised by headquarter and external auditors, and communicate to subsidiaries.

    [Cash Management]
    - Monitor cashflow situation of regional subsidiaries.
    - Improvement of Cash, AR, AP, Credit management process of subsidiaries.
    - Establish regional cashflow management mechanism
    - Review investment application from subsidiaries
    - Support preparation of PL/Cashflow planning

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree of accountancy or equivalent (CPA, CA or other qualifications relevant to accountancy are preferred.).
    - At least 2 years experience in Accounting process improvement, Financial Analysis
    - Good command of English (Level 3 or above is must)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in Financial Accounting (Consolidation process / Preparation of consolidation PKGs)
    - Background of Accounting & Finance Advisory services, not only the experience as Audit Manager
    - Cashflow projection (biweekly, monthly, quarterly) based on spreadsheet (not depending on systems)
    - Experience of Global/Regional Cash Management
    - Experience of Cash, AR, AP, Credit Management improvement
    - Experiences in Big4 Firm is preferred
    - Computer literacy, intermediate level of MS office standard program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Excel VBA (Preferred)
    - Power BI (Preferred)
    - Soft skilles: Self-thinking, Problem-solving
