工作内容
- Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers about price, lead-time, terms and conditions (T&C)
- Carefully monitor supplier's price and quality
- Proceed purchase requisition and generate PR/PO to vendors
- Control the delivery of products and follow up on status
- Coordinate with internal team members to determine procurement needs, quality, delivery and service requirements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
资格
任职资格
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-30
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Computer Engineer or a related field
- Work experience, minimum one year, in a procurement role
- Work experience in the specification of project procurement, RFQ, and/or negotiation with suppliers (preferably in lead-time, terms and conditions)
- Work experience in IT product and/or IT procurement process will be an advantage
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with vendors, customers, and crossed-functional discipline
- Ability to follow up on progress, analyze problem, find and propose solution, as well as report
- Good command of English for communication
- Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)英文
