【Job Responsibility】 The HR & Administration Officer will be responsible for handling a wide range of Human Resources and General Administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.Human Resources (HR)- Manage employee records including onboarding, resignation, and personnel data updates.- Coordinate with payroll outsourcing providers and ensure accurate submission of employee information.- Prepare and submit monthly payroll-related data, including overtime, transportation allowances, and other benefits.- Review and verify payroll, overtime, transportation allowances, and employee benefits.- Prepare and submit monthly Personal Income Tax (PND.1) and Social Security (SSO) reports.- Prepare annual tax filings (PND.1K) and related employee benefit reports.- Manage Provident Fund administration and coordinate with financial institutions.- Review employee attendance, overtime records, and expense claims.- Administer compensation and benefits programs.- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and hiring processes.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.General Administration (GA)- Support visa renewal and work permit-related documentation.- Coordinate with external service providers, consultants, and outsourcing partners.- Liaise with government authorities such as the Revenue Department (TRD) and Department of Business Development (DBD) for administrative matters.- Coordinate with building management regarding access cards, parking, maintenance, and office facilities.- Manage office vehicles, including scheduling and utilization.- Coordinate with telecommunications and IT service providers regarding email, VPN, and other systems.- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and contract databases.- Coordinate insurance-related matters and employee insurance administration.- Arrange meeting rooms, transportation, and related administrative support.- Handle expense allocations and intercompany charge-back documentation.- Prepare reports and provide administrative support as requested by headquarters. - Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative workflows.
