工作内容
-Support business under BOI's regulations and Laws and ensure the Company get great benefits under BOI
-Oversee BOI related issues include import raw material and machine under BOI privileges, administrating EMT and RMTS system, product formula and waste management
-Prepare reports to BOI as required
-Monitor and ensure the export shipment in accordance with the required delivery to customers
-Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers
-Co-ordinate with warehouse for incoming goods and direct deliveries to customers
-Provide import and export shipping documents
-Coordinate with Logistics Control Tower and customers (internal/external) on the current status of export shipment and it whereabouts
-Check and verify forwarder's billings invoices according to agreed rates
-Maintain and update files on carriers rates and quotations
-Participate World Class Manufacturing activities
-Report to Supply Chain Manager
资格
应征条件
- Male/Female Age 25-38 years old. (Female prefer)
- At least experience 3 years of BOI Officer experience at electric products factory.
- Computer proficiency in MS office and e-mail communication.
- Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.英文
