    • Analyze the performance and analyst models to develop a communications strategy
    • Provide market intelligence internally on company and peer stock trading activity
    • Develop a strong view on the intrinsic value of the company and competitors; identify key value drivers in support of strategic planning and decision-making
    • Develop, organize, prepare, and execute road shows, investor days, investor conferences and meetings, domestically and internationally
    • Contribute expert knowledge of relevant regulations governing disclosure and investor communications. Develop training and reference materials for company representatives to ensure compliance
    • Develop and manage a customized communications plans for the financial community
    • Prepare financial, clinical, and regulatory press releases and manage the review and distribution process

  • 応募条件

    • At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations and Communications
    • Strong positive reputation among private and institutional investors
    • Strong business ethics and judgment
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasive skills
    • Excellent English
    • Male or Female, age not over 45
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management or finance or MBA or an advanced degree in business, management, or finance
    • CISA 1 (Certified Investment and Securities Analyst or CFA 1 (Chartered Financial Analyst) would be advantage
