  • Job Description

    - Responsible for the design and development of new products
    - Handle the improvement of products and process
    - Cost optimization and product maintenance initiatives
    - Completing technical reports and presentations of various R&D activities to R&D Manager
    - Develop product and process standards and specifications for new products
    - Provide product labelling information and prepare necessary documentation to aid government label approval process
    - Conduct testing and recommend optimum utilization of plant materials, ingredients, packaging materials, equipment and labour in the manufacturing of existing products
    - Sources new or alternative ingredients and/or suppliers that promote quality, growth and profitability of existing products
    - Review materials and other related tasks for export products

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 22-35
    - Graduated from Chemical, Physics, or Macromolecule
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in a chemical field of plastics
    - Ability to receive training in Japan (approximately 6 months)

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
