• Job Description

  - Responsible for the inspection of raw materials and packaging
  - Coordinate with purchasing department and suppliers to solve quality and packaging issues
  - Control and inspect the production process
  - Perform quality check thoroughly before delivering to customers
  - Control and constantly manage (and maintain) equipment to be ready for use
  - Handle customers' complaints, analyse the root cause and respond to customers in a professional manner
  - Control and implement GMP & HACCP (following by internal audit)
  - Responsible for staff management and department administration
  - Other related tasks as needed
