    - Responsible for planning and managing tasks and operation
    - Follow up on technician's after-sales service performance (and evaluate)
    - Plan and set goals for the operation in the department as assigned
    - Control and manage the operation of the team in line with objectives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 33-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    - At least 2 years' work experience in management and staff supervision (more than 10 people)
    - Service mind and problem-solving skills
    - Leadership, tolerance and accountability
    - Good attitudes for after-sales service, customer care
    - Proficient in providing information for internal staff and external parties
    - Good command of English and computer literacy
    - Able to work in Bangkok and its vicinity (also other provinces)
