  • Job Description

    Coordinate production activity, analyze & solve problem to produce products as production plan
    Advise, train & monitor team to work following standard
    • Recruit, utilize, manage & motivate to achieve work goal & company regulations
    • Monitoring production result such as yield, quality, productivity etc.
    • Seek the way to improve efficiency of production
    • Responsible for implementation of safety policy and procedures in their area of work, and with their
    subordinates (Where applicable)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in production operation management, manpower management
    • Good manufacturing management skills, such as, LEAN, EPS, OEE and TPM
    • Good analytical and problem solving and People Management
    • Proactive/ Strong leadership and discipline
    • Good English communication and Computer Applications (MS Office)
    • Able to work in shift
