  • Job Description

    • Provide on site food technological assistance at equipment start-up's.
    • Support sales by developing thermal process processing solutions for JBT customers and determining optimal thermal process conditions for new packaging and product formulations
    • Assist JBT customers with solving thermal processing problems where necessary interface with international food regulation authorities are required
    • Conduct or assist in on-site canned food thermal process testing (heat penetration / temperature distribution / cooker surveys)
    • Make canning factory audits in topics of thermal processing, sanitation and HACCP
    • Assist with quality assurance or HACCP program development
    • Assist in general customer services and report making
    • Other jobs as assigned as related to professional training or the business of the company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
    • 5 years experiences in food canning and/or 3 years experiences in canned food thermal testing
    • Good computer skills and familiar with MS Office
    • Good written and spoken English skills, leadership ability
    • Willing to travel and work in other provinces and extensively in the region
    • Ability to learn quickly
