Advertising/Communication
-Propose advertising copy rotation according to the needs of respective market and following sales trend.

-Work with relevant department on bi-annual stock take of marketing items.
-Work closely with Retail Department to understand the needs of the POS, demonstrating the ability to recommend order quantity of collaterals, gifts, POS materials.
-Lead in the preparation of marketing & competitor reports, advertising schedule (major updates) to boutiques and assist in the PR value report tabulation and submission.

-Management of the archival/ filing of all marketing related documents- invoices, event reports, quotations, contracts, magazines.

1. Accounts Receivables:
-Integration of customers invoices.
-Receive and review boutique daily sales record, check payment validation, and other related documentation from boutiques for completeness and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
-To record all receipts (cash, bank, TT, GIRO etc) into the accounting system and to maintain a proper set of supporting documents in relation to the receipts.
-Verify and update AR/GL clearance to ERP system.
-Update bank book with receipt information.

3. General Accounting:

-Prepare CAPEX/OPEX and maintain Fixed Assets Register, including the computation of depreciation in accordance to the depreciation policy of the Company.
-Responsible for monthly and yearly closing with accounting schedules in a timely basis.
