    - Developing new clients and maintaining existing clients
    - Liaison and coordination with customers
    - Prepare reports on sales and marketing activities
    - Prepare quotations and breakdown statements for customers
    - Receive customer care and complaints regarding sales and services
    - Review business records and report to the manager
    - Develop product sales strategies domestically and internationally
    - Work with management to set product pricing
    - Manage the sales organization
    - Perform other related duties as required by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male Only, 40 - 47 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (must be able to read drawings)
    - Minimum 7 years of sales experience in Tier 1 automotive industry
    - Minimum 5 years of management level in marketing and sales *Must have subordinates: 7 or more
    - English proficiency (business level or above)
    - Driving license (company car will be provided).

    - Strong ability to work under pressure.
    - Japanese proficiency
    -Sales experience of Bolts/Nut in automotive manufacturing
