  - Develop and lead the implementation of strategic and operational goals for the plant.
  - Provide input to the headquarters board of directors to develop vision, strategy, goals, and investments
  - Support strategy development and business planning.
  - Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  - Analyze data to examine trends and identify factory problems.
  - Optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and implement process improvements.
  - Establishes and ensures achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) while ensuring continuous improvement for all areas.
  - Create new policies and processes.
  - Ensure business goals and budgets are met.
  - Ensure a high level of health and safety compliance for all employees
  - Design and continually streamline production workflows. Optimize manufacturing costs.
  - Manage the manufacturing team and implement appropriate process controls to continuously improve the manufacturing process.
  - Manage and oversee site management and new/change project management.
  - Manage and control quality assurance and ensure that contractual standards and customer and legal requirements are met.
  - Plant Operations and Documentation
  - Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
  - Coordinate monthly production workflow for each product.
  - Manage all activities including production processes, quality control, maintenance, and employees.
  -Other duties as assigned
