  (Meeting with the contractor)
  - After signing a contract with the customer, We check the usage time of vehicle OT, and whether it is used on weekends
  Recruit and dispatch drivers that clients want
  - We will also provide guidance to the driver on the company's explanation and compliance items by the actual scheduled dispatch date
  
  (Responding to complaints from customer)
  - If the driver has a bad work attitude (late arrival, sudden leave, failure to follow traffic rule etc.
  - Change the dispatch driver, in that case, when to send a new driver etc.
