    *Male/ Female *Age 35 ？ 45 year old *Nationality Japanese (can speak Thai) or Thai (can speak Japanese) *Initiative / Self motivation *Bachelor / Master Degree in marketing， Economics， Finance， International Business Management or other related area *At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in Sales Manager position. *Minimum of 3 years in experience in Sales:Automotive， electrical and polymer is preferred *Proven track record in achieving sales targets *Excellent oral communication capability at management level， both internally and externally *Excellent spoken & written English and Japanese (Level 2). *PC Literate
