    - Bachelor's and Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sacience, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering., Business Computer
    - Experience 3-5 years o r Minimun 3 years technical in IT Infra (Network,Windows Server,System/Security) as a support Engineer or System Administrator. **
    - Good Experience and knowledge in Networking including analyzing IP network traces using networking tools.
    • Knowledge of and practical with Firewall, Storage, Wireless System, Active Directory.
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
    • Proficient in Hardware/Software Diagnostics.
    • Provide timely and accurate analysis and report.
    • Provide timely and accurate status reports, forecasts, opportunity funnel and business plans to supervisor and team.
    • Good command in English skills include writing, speaking and reading.
    • Excellent or good English and understanding in Japanese skill.
