    - Design proposals and production problem solving
    - Mold Design
    - Machine tools used to fabricate molds and metal parts
    - Provide guidance to subordinates on parts design
    - Review of manufacturing process
    - Cost reduction
    - Improvement activities in the factory
    - Parts design based on customer requirements
    - Selection of parts and materials to meet customer requirements, and design and implementation of manufacturing processes
    - Negotiate with suppliers to optimize quality and cost
    - Creation of 3D models/drawings Other overall management of bill of materials (BOM) and design data
    - Problem solving in the early stages of production　
    - Report to Japanese supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male only, age 30-50 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in the Engineering field. (Able to read and write drawings.)
    - At least 10 years of experience in the design and production process of Bolts/Nut in automotive manufacturing.
    - Experience/knowledge of forging.
    - Familiarity with automotive CAD/solid work.
    - English proficiency (business level or above)

    【Advantage】
    - Strong ability to work under pressure.
    - Japanese proficiency
    - Experience in Cold forging
