Job Description
[Job Summary]
- Responsible for the full implementation of our Financial Accounting, ERP or EPM application software (Financial modules, Budgeting & Planning, Financial Consolidation, etc.) including requirement collection, system build, training, UAT and support of the customers.
- To be an experienced consultant delivering the highest quality value services and support to our clients and to contribute at a business, product and organizational level at all times.
[Responsibilities]
- Successful implementation of software applications which supervisor allocates to you.
- Responsible for project delivery as being assigned on time and on budget.
- Provide professional support to clients.
- Extend the ability of the Professional Services in providing value added services to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and all groups involved.
- Conduct client’s specific and public training courses.
- Prepare project documents including training guides and deliver to client professionally.
- Contribute to the development of the Professional Services Department specific expertise and to the way in which this expertise is used both pre and post- sale.
- Understand and follow the current project methodologies employed by the company and deliver quality service through its use.
- Represent company in a professional manner and build positive relationship with clients and others to the company’s benefits.
- Submit project progress report, weekly Time Sheet report and other reports requested on time.
- Co-ordinate and work with professional attitude with other departments to ensure the company goals are accomplished.
- Be familiar with and adhere to all company policy and processes.
- Others as requested by PS Manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Information Technology or Related Fields
- 2 years of working experiences in implementing ERP Accounting module or EPM software or as a super user.
- Service-minded, self-motivated & fast learner
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to work in international environment and communicate in English very well.English Level
