Ensures that there is full understanding of the development process throughout the team and across the other key areas and departments. Responsible for product management including product development, portfolio information, pricing structure and staff management. Also responsible for launch the new products in timely & effective manner. Works with Team to negotiate appropriate costs involved with development and finished product.
