- Implement and develop modern trade strategy to align with sales strategy and company’s goal
- Manage sales volume and performance for modern trade channel to ensure competitive in the market
- In charge of new product launching plan and report outcome in time
- Do account plan and execute within timeline
- Control budget and exercise effectively
- Build long term relationship with key account buyers in order to purchase and distribution

- Develop trade marketing strategy, plan and tactics to achieve sales target by accounts and aligned with brand strategies
- Ensure effectiveness control and tracking of overall trade marketing and promotion budget.(Management of budget progress closely)
- Manage merchandising, promotion, POSM, and other trade activities to ensure competitive in-store visibility and implement as plan.
- Consistently try to improve how to maximize the merchandising scheme .
- Provide shopper insight, market trend and suggest opportunity to achieve sales target.福利制度

- Undertake all Account Receivable, including monthly and yearly account closing, AR taxation (Output VAT and Withholding Tax), forecasting and customer related work on credit control
- Handling document for billing and collection transactions
- Monitor and controlling all transaction and accounting functions
- Prepare reconciliation of A/R to general ledger on a regular basis to ensure that all activities are completed accurately on time involve in account closing and Statutory Audit
- Support HQ reporting package.
