工作内容
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's cloud (AWS) business and consultancy services in the Thailand market.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals, targeting mid-to-large enterprises, tech startups, and subsidiaries of Japanese companies in Thailand.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with solutions architects, cloud engineers, and the Japan HQ to deliver optimal cloud architecture, design, and migration proposals to clients.
- Leverage the company's strong technical edge and developer-focused media branding to differentiate services from traditional SIer competitors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements (e.g., legacy server vendors and traditional hardware SIers), and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT, Cloud, SI, or Tech industry.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrable experience with cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and IT infrastructure.
- Business-level English for internal reporting, cross-border collaboration, and international client-facing communication.
