  Key responsibilities & duties
  • Establishment of strategic frameworks for capitalizing on identified opportunities across the business and approaching new prospects
  • Analyst manages and prioritizes the business’s pipelines for the company and clients
  • Assists with the execution of sensitive and high-value tasks and in ensuring that strategies are aligned to safeguard against conflict of interests as well also guarantee a unified front in the business’s direction
  • Analyze the costs, value, and risks of the company and clients' business to advise management and suggest actions
  • Direct and organize IT-related projects and monitor KPIs/OKRs to deliver project execution

  • Experience with direct responsibility for customer needs and requirements
  • Be very flexible, hands-on, and able to multitask while delegating in a fast-moving environment
  • A strategic leader with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in long-term projection, planning, and budgeting
  • Exceptional leadership skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience providing leadership and oversight for overall day-to-day operations.
  • Development of annual operating plan
  • A solid understanding of IT and technology and the benefits it can provide
