• 应征条件

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years (preferably 5 years) of experience in Windows Server & Systems Engineer role and should have good English communication skills, and must be able to communicate precisely under pressure.
  • Good skills in modern on-premise Server Infrastructure and Cloud-based services are important. Valid, current Microsoft certifications would give you a definite advantage.
  • The applicant must demonstrate previous operational support experience or hands-on conceptual understanding of the majority of the technologies and products listed below:
  
  • VMware and Hyper-V virtualization (Highly proficient)
  • Deploy and maintain new services (VM, Applications) to support the operation
  • Microsoft stack/server fleet management (SCCM/MECM an advantage)
  • A strong set of SQL server and Database to client based applications administration and support
  • Compute, Storage and Backup Infrastructure such as Veeam, Dell, HPE StoreOnce/StoreEasy etc
  • Hyper Converged Infrastructure experience (Nutanix HCI / VMware VxRail/vSan)
  • Microsoft Enterprise Cloud and Hybrid solutions including Microsoft 365 / Azure / SharePoint Online/ Exchange Online etc
  • Strong problem-solving skills within modern IT Virtualized Infrastructure Platforms and Microsoft Technology stack
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to resolve problems, reviewing technical issues, conduct troubleshooting, and suggesting service improvement solutions
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Certifications preferred (Microsoft MSCA, MS-xxx or AZ-xxx, VMware VCP preferred).
