工作内容
- Take care the corrective breakdown, preventive breakdown, strong problem solving and corrective/preventive action.
- Analyze downtime, identify trends and develop solutions.
- Produce written breakdown reports and make presentations
- Manage the projects, tasks and operations following the deadline.
- Set up the reasonable KPIs, and ensure KPIs are met the target.
- Conduct risk assessments of machines, spare parts and tasks in the department.
- Understand well the production process and machines in order to improve production efficiency
and reliability of machines.
- Motivate develop and coach the team to operational success.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record.
- Lead the team in new machine installation, machine design, improvement projects.
- Set up and control the engineering budget
- Able to rotate to production manager or other positions as needed by the company policy.
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Male 40-50 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering, Master Degree in Engineering management is preferred.
- Strong and excellent communication skills in English
- 10+ years in production and engineering roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Organizational skills, proven expertise solving problems, and superior interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
