  1. Coordinate with salespersons at Siam Toppan and Toppan Inc. (headquarter) by getting requirements from Japanese customers
  
  2. Coordinate with production line and production control departments to meet product specifications
  
  3. Develop new customer’s products requested by customers and forecast sales target with effective approaches to boost sales target
  
  4. Provide support to customers after selling our products (after-sales service) and keep track of customers’ feedbacks and satisfaction such as product quality
  
  5. Negotiating sales officers including pricing and promotions for customers and the company to make solid business agreements and contracts
