• 工作内容

  -Good Knowledge of handling Finance and Accounts in automotive industry and OEMs
  -Primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the Company, responsible for financial
  planning and analysis, financial reporting to higher management, management accounting, General
  Accounting, treasury, account payable and account receivable, Tax, Financial accounting systems,
  Financial risk management, credit decisions, strategic planning, operational risk management,
  financial statements and ensure Compliances as per various statutory and internal regulations and
  establish a financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the Business.
  -Manage the financial system in order to ensure that the organization finances are maintained in an
  accurate and timely manner.
  -Ensure Accounting transactions are in line with Company internal regulations and as per Company Act.
  -Ensure statutory regulations and payments are complied with as per stipulated timelines and
  external financial reporting as per the regulations.
  -Manage and monitor internal audits and external audits and ensure compliances.
  -Manage employee payments as per the prevailing Policies.
  -Coordinate and Manager Loans / equity with HAS THAI.
  -Making provision for warranty claims, Bonus and Retirement benefit.
  -Preparing and controlling cash flow.
  -Liaison with Government department for various statutory compliance like CIT, VAT, WHT., BOI and Customs Dept..
  -Prepare documents and coordinate with all the functions / department for internal and external audits / auditors.
  -Review and preparing documents for corporate tax submission.
  -Review Expenses Report
  -Making Flash PL for GM of Finance Dept. and Management.
  -Making Forecast Sales for GM of Finance Dept.
  -Making Forecast PL for GM of Finance Dept.
  -Making Forecast Cash Flow for GM of Finance Dept.
