• 工作内容

  - Providing support to Distributors in connection with trouble-shooting hardware and software performance issues
  - Visit to the customer with distributor, or by ownself to diagnose the cause of incident and repair of defects or malfunctions. (the territories includes all over South East Asia and South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal)
  - Responding to the inquiries from customer, distributors about product or print quality trouble shooting by using communication tool such as WhatsApp, time to time.
  - Prepare repair work report and share the information with customer/distributor/HQ
  -Translate technical documents, if necessary.
  - Periodical report to HQ, attend regular meeting with HQ
  - Participating trade exhibition and events to correspondent to inquiry about technical issues"
  - Giving advice to distributor/customer for appropriate print parameter for better print output
  - Advice about printing process such as pretreat process, heating process.
  - Advice about print media, material"
  - Corresponding to the distributor for trouble shooting
  - Provide technical document to the distributor which will be provided from HQ
  - Plan and facilitate periodical dealer technical training
  - Instruct the engineer of the distributor ro repair of defects or malfunctions.
  - Instruct the distributor for part claim process and system."
  - Gather necessary information for parts claim and input the parts claim system, and help communication between distributor and BMA
  -Analysis the defects tendency"
