    - Direct report to CFO
    - Lead the operation of end-to-end accounting process of Company group
    - Manage a team of ~100 staffs
    - Effectively implement and operate accounting shared service model
    - Drive change and continuous improvement of shared service including standardization of process and practices across business units and development of an effective performance culture
    - Deliver effective work processes and improving efficiency
    - Coordinate and communicate with parent company regarding financial statement close cycle and operational accounting function
    - Supervise the preparation of monthly accounting report and analysis of the result
    - Work with external and internal audit to ensure effective internal control and compliance
    - Involvement in accounting project or special project as required

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Accounting
    - MBA, CPA or advanced degree in other relevant field is preferred
    - 10+ years experience working in large scale accounting team in excess of 30 staffs and at least 5 yrs in managerial position
    - Experience leading large transformational implementation or share service operation
    - Advanced knowledge of accounting, accounting- related technology, taxation and integrated ERP systems (experience in Oracle is preferred)
    - Good presentation and communication skill including the ability to communicate technical to a non-technical audience
    - Good knowledge and understanding of Thai GAAP
    - Strong management and leadership skill with team development experience
    - High level of professional integrity
