    [Job description]
    Sales Coordinator in Sales and Support Staff with supervision. Execute business in ferrous/ nonferrous raw material and products in APBU

    - Trading activity (import, export, domestic) under intensive and frequent communication with suppliers,customers, Mitsui overseas offices to execute contract.
    - Handle high volume transaction both online (internal SAP system) and offline (communication with stakeholders, manage data in timely manner)
    - Make continuous effort in self-development.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Female only, 25-29 years old
    - Bachelor Degree in any fields
    - Good in English (TOEIC Score 730 is preferable)
    - Experience at least 3 years in Sales coordinator in trading company
    - Good Command at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    【Advantage】
    - Dealing with numbers, Communication skills, High adaptability to changes
    - Business knowledge on market (FX, commodities, etc.)
    - High sense of compliance on internal and external rules and regulations
    - Proactive, cheerful, open minded, Intellectual curiosity
    - Ability to work under time pressure in case of urgent inquiry by supplier/customer
    - Ability to work under high transaction volume by using internal SAP system
