  -Plan, organize, direct, control, and follow-up on the manufacturing operations to maintain timely schedule, quality, safety, and productivity goals of the factory.
  -Establishing organization structure by assigning responsibilities, delegating authority and orienting and training direct report.
  -Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate these plans effectively. Ensure that production output is in accordance to specifications and meet order fulfillment requirement.
  -Supervise all departments (Production, Engineering & Maintenance, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Logistic & ----Warehouse, Finance, and Human Resource & HSE) to performance and ensure highest efficiency.

  -Develop and establish adequate control and reporting system to provide management with sufficient information as to accomplishment, progress, capabilities and/or programs of the manufacturing organization.
  -Develop budgets or approve expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, or equipment are used efficiently to meet production and financial framework and targets.
  -Monitoring the implementation of plans and strategies by collecting, analyzing and preparing reports for review by appropriate company management.
  -Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assure product quality is continuously improved Lean Management Practices.
  -Maintain quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001
  -Proposing, initiating and assisting with developments, projects and modifications to improve the operation of the plant, procedures on the site.
  -Ensuring compliance with all pertinent corporate, local regulations and licensing requirements by keeping abreast of current and developing requirements; instituting and monitoring internal compliance programs and procedures.
